Who we are
ChiefCo is early-access B2B subscription software for licensed retailers, plus a public notification layer for verified adults (21+) in legal jurisdictions. Retailers pay for software/listing access. ChiefCo does not sell cannabis, process product payments, arrange delivery, guarantee reservations, take sales commissions, or facilitate peer-to-peer sales. Any product sale happens directly with the licensed retailer outside ChiefCo.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, ZIP code, and state. When a retailer requests a subscription seat we collect the business name, license number, contact email, website, category, and listing details entered in the form. We also record your age and terms attestation and basic technical data such as your browser type.
How we use it
We use this information to notify you when ChiefCo opens in your state, to review retailer license and subscription eligibility, to operate and improve the service, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.
Age & eligibility
ChiefCo is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older located in jurisdictions where the relevant activity is legal. By using the site you attest that you meet these requirements.
Data sharing & storage
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Vercel) under their respective security controls. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from notifications at any time.
